After an unexpected break in transmission, Knitty Nora returns! She is recovering from the excitement of being mentioned in Let's Knit magazine and is ready to face her public again. This time, it's how to avoid getting your knitting in a twist when cabling. It's not as hard as you might think.

Hi Knitty Nora. My aunt, Maggie, just put me on to your pod cast. She lives in Stockton and I think she goes to your knitting group. I also visited that knitting group a couple of times last July, with her. I really enjoyed your podcast and am hoping to pick up my nedles again very soon. Take care

Hi Knitty Nora,

and thank you for making this podcast! I'm on maternity leave at the moment with my almost-four-months-old son, which means I've barely time to knit. The second best thing is to listen to someone talking about knitting!
I hope you have time and energy to keep up with podcasting. Greetings from sunny and warm Helsinki!

Hello and thanks for looking at my podcast page! Knitty Nora picks a different topic each time and goes through some of the techniques she's used or has learned, reviews books on the topic and anything else that might interest you. Anyway, the best way to find out of her podcasts are for you is to listen to them -- give one a try! If you would like to see some of the things I've knitted, click on the little photos or the link to my Etsy shop below. If you like my theme tune, it's from a song called "Knitting" by Arthur Askey, a famous comedian from the 1930s and 40s. You can find this and others of his songs in iTunes or on many of his CDs, which are widely available.
